This luxury villa comprises two buildings and has a total of ten bedroom and ten bathrooms; a layout that's not always easy to find. It sleeps twenty and is ideal for ten couples. 

There are four suites upstairs in the first house, and six downstairs in the second house, two of which have a duplex layout. The way the bedrooms are set out means that all guests enjoy their own space.

The living spaces are also spread across the two houses: one has the kitchen, dining room and a study, while the other has a living room and games area, complete with a TV, pool table and bar.

This villa is designed for enjoying good times in good company. It combines luxury facilities with understated sophistication, a place where you’ll feel right at home. It was recently refurbished and decorated in uplifting neutral shades. The beauty of Grande Costa Blanca is its versatility – it is just as suited to work seminars as it is to a holiday with friends.

The Costa Blanca is a luxury destination, with a plentiful supply of seaside holiday lets. High-capacity high-end villas such as this, however, are harder to come by. 

This property comes with outstanding facilities often seen in luxury Spanish villas including a beautiful pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi. There is also an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue to embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Inside, the villa has a professional kitchen, a pool table and a bar, along with a sauna and a well-equipped gym.

All the bedrooms have a flat-screen television, and the villa is air-conditioned throughout.

A self-catering rental property with staff

Grande Costa Blanca comes with its own staff, so all you have to do is settle in and enjoy your stay. Services include daily housekeeping and a concierge to help you organise your activities and outings.

An excellent location

Another perk of this property is that you can walk to the beach and restaurants.

The nearest beach is a rocky cove just a stone’s throw away from the villa and is great for swimming and snorkelling.

Carry on a little further for sandy beaches for sunbathing. The coast forms a succession of romantic coves and stretches of sand, heading north to Denia and south to Altea.

There are plenty of water sports on offer along the Costa Blanca. The crystal-clear waters here are a diver’s dream, and it’s a great place for novices to take the plunge with a taster session.

Golfers will also be in their element here and can head to the nearest golf course which is 10km from the villa.

There’s lots of family fun on the agenda too. Spend the day lazing around or having fun at the beach, or visit one of the region’s many attractions and water parks such as Mitica, Aqualandia, or the Terra Natura zoo.

The nearest towns of Altea la Vella and Calpe are within 50km and are definitely worth a visit. 

Another option is to go hiking in the Montgó natural park which is virtually on the doorstep and can be enjoyed by all types of guests, whether you’re staying for work or for leisure.

The nearest town with amenities is four kilometres from the villa, although there are restaurants much closer by the sea. 

Important: the pool at this villa does not have a security system as they are not required by Spanish law.
